E-learning Support for Product Training

Siemens Healthcare expressed a wish for more time in their training sessions for customers and employees to apply their new knowledge with practical tasks – without increasing the overall length of the training. Spirit Link Medical therefore redesigned some of the material in the training program relating to theory to make it available in an e-learning format.

Participants prepare individually for the face-to-face training session using the e-learning materials. The digital training program ends with a test module designed to assess the success of the learning.

Thanks to the support of e-learning materials, significantly more time is made available during the training session for practical tasks.
